研究方向:1.多种新型防龋疫苗的研制,包括针对变形链球菌毒理因子表面蛋白和葡糖基转移酶的靶向防龋DNA疫苗,蛋白亚单位疫苗,多肽疫苗的制备、免疫效能评价及比较。2.增强防龋疫苗粘膜免疫反应策略,包括针对粘膜抗原递呈细胞(APC)活化的多类分子佐剂,如树突状细胞趋化相关分子,协同刺激相关分析,M细胞特异性靶向分子,APC模式识别受体活化激动分子等,以及相关的免疫增强效应分子机制。3.牙髓生物学研究,包括基于模式识别受体相关牙髓炎症发生及预防和控制的分子机制,牙髓干细胞为基础的牙髓修复再生机制。
